• Shop Information: store name, email, Shopify domain, and access tokens (encrypted)
• Customer Segments: segments selected to generate audiences
• Campaign Data: message content, logo uploads, and recipient count
• Analytics: non-personally identifiable metrics like ROI and conversions

We do not store or access full customer PII (addresses, emails, etc.). Address data is queried securely and used only for generating print files.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and process personalized mail campaigns
• Provide performance reporting and analytics
• Support and troubleshoot your account
• Improve the overall Winback.IO experience

3. Data Sharing

We only share your data with essential third parties:

• Trusted print partners (for fulfillment)
• Shopify (to access segment data)
• Amazon Web Services (for secure asset storage)

We never sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain campaign metadata for reporting. Address data is never stored by Winback.IO and is used only at the time of print file generation. You may request data deletion at any time.

5. Security

Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption and secure transmission practices. Files are stored in encrypted S3 buckets and all communication is conducted over HTTPS.

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your store data. You can also revoke app access at any time via your Shopify Admin panel.
